Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("Player", "User", "You") and vip2cuci ("the Platform", "We", "Us", "Our"), the operator of the online gaming and sports betting platform accessible at https://vip2cuci.cam. This Agreement governs all access to and use of the vip2cuci platform, including but not limited to casino games, sports betting, live dealer games, virtual sports, promotions, and all ancillary services provided through the platform.

By accessing the vip2cuci platform, creating a Player Account, or placing any wager, you confirm that: (a) you have read and understood these Terms & Conditions in their entirety; (b) you agree to be legally bound by this Agreement; and (c) you meet all eligibility requirements set out in Section 3 of this Agreement.

If you do not agree to any part of these Terms & Conditions, you must immediately cease use of the vip2cuci platform and close your account if one has been created.

In this Agreement, the following terms shall have the meanings ascribed to them below:

To be eligible to register and maintain an Account on the vip2cuci Platform, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout the duration of your Account:

1. Age: You must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age. The Platform strictly enforces the 21+ age requirement in accordance with responsible gambling standards applicable to international gaming operations.
2. Legal Capacity: You must possess full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws of your jurisdiction of residence.
3. Jurisdiction: You must not be accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by law. It is your sole responsibility to ascertain and comply with the laws of your jurisdiction regarding online gaming. Malaysian users are specifically advised to familiarise themselves with applicable local laws before registering.
4. Not Self-Excluded: You must not be subject to any self-exclusion order, whether requested through the Platform's own responsible gambling tools or through any external regulatory self-exclusion programme.
5. Sole Account: You must not hold any existing Account on the Platform. Only one Account per natural person is permitted.
6. Accurate Information: All registration information you provide must be accurate, current, and complete. The provision of false or misleading information at registration constitutes immediate grounds for account closure and forfeiture of funds.

To access Platform Services, you must complete the registration process and create a Player Account. During registration, you will be required to provide personal information including but not limited to: your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and contact number.

You are responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your Account login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your credentials with any third party. vip2cuci will never request your password through any communication channel, and any such request should be treated as fraudulent and reported to our support team immediately.

In the event that you suspect unauthorised access to your Account, you must notify vip2cuci customer support immediately via live chat or email at [email protected]. vip2cuci accepts no liability for losses resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your Account credentials.

vip2cuci reserves the right to carry out additional verification checks at any time, including at registration, upon deposit, upon withdrawal request, or upon detection of unusual account activity. Failure to cooperate with verification requests may result in Account suspension.

In accordance with our international licensing obligations and anti-money laundering (AML) policies, all Players are required to complete a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process before the Platform will process any withdrawal request.

The standard KYC documentation requirements are as follows:

• Government-issued photo identification: Malaysian MyKad, Driver's Licence, or valid international passport.
• Proof of residential address: A utility bill, bank statement, or official government correspondence issued within the past three (3) calendar months, clearly showing your full name and current address.
• Payment method verification: Evidence of ownership of the payment method used for deposits (e.g., screenshot of e-wallet account, bank account statement) where required by our compliance team.
• Selfie verification: A clear photograph of you holding your primary identification document alongside a handwritten note displaying your Account username and the current date.

vip2cuci will endeavour to complete KYC verification reviews within 24 to 48 hours of receiving a complete and legible documentation package. Players at Gold, Platinum, and Diamond VIP tiers are eligible for expedited same-day review.

vip2cuci supports a range of deposit and withdrawal methods suited to Malaysian players, including Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay, Boost, DuitNow, FPX bank transfers (Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong Bank), and selected cryptocurrencies (BTC, ETH, USDT TRC20, BNB). All transactions are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) unless otherwise specified for cryptocurrency transactions.

Deposits:

• Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method. The minimum deposit via e-wallet channels is RM 30. The minimum deposit via FPX bank transfer is RM 50.
• Deposits made via e-wallet and DuitNow are typically credited to your Account within seconds to two (2) minutes. FPX bank transfer deposits are typically credited within 5 to 10 minutes. Cryptocurrency deposits are credited following the required number of network confirmations, typically within 10 to 30 minutes.
• vip2cuci does not charge deposit fees on most methods. Third-party transaction fees imposed by your bank or e-wallet provider are outside our control and are your responsibility.

Withdrawals:

• Withdrawals can only be processed to payment methods previously used to fund your Account, subject to the same-source rule. Withdrawal to a new or previously unused payment method requires additional verification.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is RM 50 unless otherwise specified. The maximum withdrawal amount per transaction and per day may be subject to limits based on your VIP tier and verification status.
• Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 3 minutes via DuitNow and FPX during standard operating conditions. Processing times may be longer during peak periods or where additional security review is required.
• Withdrawals of Bonus Funds or winnings derived from Bonus Funds are subject to the completion of applicable Wagering Requirements before processing will be authorised.

vip2cuci offers various promotional programmes, including but not limited to welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, cashback offers, refer-a-friend bonuses, cryptocurrency deposit bonuses, and VIP loyalty rewards. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any promotion-specific terms published at the time of the offer.

• Wagering Requirements: Most bonuses carry a wagering requirement, expressed as a multiple of the bonus amount (e.g., 25x means a RM100 bonus requires RM2,500 in total qualifying wagers before withdrawal is permitted). The applicable multiple is stated clearly on the promotion page.
• Validity Period: Bonuses must be used within the validity period stated on the offer. Unused or unmet bonus funds expire at the end of the stated period and will be removed from the Account Balance without compensation.
• Game Contributions: Not all games contribute equally towards meeting wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%, while live casino games and sports bets may contribute a lower percentage. Full contribution rates are available in the bonus terms of each promotion.
• Eligibility: Bonuses are available to verified Players who meet the eligibility criteria for each promotion. Players who have previously abused promotional terms, or who are identified as operating duplicate accounts, are not eligible for bonuses.
• Withdrawal Restriction: Bonus funds and winnings derived from bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until all applicable wagering requirements have been met. Real-money funds deposited alongside a bonus may be restricted from immediate withdrawal in certain circumstances — please refer to individual promotion terms.
• Discretion: vip2cuci reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time. Where a promotion is withdrawn before a Player has completed wagering requirements, the outstanding wagering requirement and associated bonus will be cancelled without obligation to vip2cuci.

All bets placed on the vip2cuci sportsbook and casino games are subject to the specific rules applicable to that product or market. The following general principles apply to all wagers:

• Bets are only accepted once confirmed on the Platform. A confirmation message and bet reference number will be generated upon successful bet placement. Bets pending confirmation due to connectivity or system issues are not binding until confirmation is received.
• Odds displayed at the time of bet placement are final for pre-match bets. In-play bet odds are subject to change and the odds confirmed at the point of acceptance apply.
• In the event of a palpable error in odds — including odds published as a result of technical malfunction, data feed error, or manifest human error — vip2cuci reserves the right to void affected bets. Players will be notified of any voided bets and the original stake will be returned to their Account Balance.
• vip2cuci reserves the right to impose maximum bet limits on any market, for any Player, at any time, without prior notification. Acceptance of any bet does not constitute a commitment to accept future bets of the same type or size.
• Mix Parlay bets require all selections to win for the bet to be settled as a winner. In the event that one or more selections are voided (e.g., due to postponement), those legs are removed from the parlay and odds are recalculated based on the remaining selections.
• Live casino game outcomes are determined by the respective game providers' certified systems. All results are final upon confirmation by the provider. Disputes regarding live casino game outcomes must be raised within 48 hours of the relevant session.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the vip2cuci Platform. Breach of any of these prohibitions may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and referral to relevant law enforcement authorities:

• Multi-accounting: Registering, using, or operating more than one Account, whether directly or through a third party.
• Bonus abuse: Exploiting promotional offers through dishonest means, including through coordinated group betting designed to guarantee profit from bonus terms, arbitrage betting across multiple accounts, or misrepresentation of identity to obtain additional promotional eligibility.
• Fraud: Using stolen, unauthorised, or fraudulently obtained payment credentials to fund an Account or process withdrawals.
• Money laundering: Using the Platform to process, conceal, or transfer funds derived from illegal activities. vip2cuci is obligated to report suspicious transaction patterns to relevant authorities under its international licensing obligations.
• Collusion: Acting in concert with other Players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, tournament, or betting market.
• Automated betting: Use of bots, automated betting scripts, artificial intelligence systems, or any software tool designed to place bets, play casino games, or interact with the Platform without direct manual control by the Account holder.
• Exploitation of errors: Deliberately exploiting software bugs, miscalculated odds, system errors, or technical malfunctions for financial gain. Any winnings derived from a known or suspected error are subject to reversal.
• Identity misrepresentation: Providing false name, age, address, or identification documents at any point during the Account registration or KYC process.

All content, design, software, trademarks, logos, trade names, and other materials available on the vip2cuci Platform are the exclusive property of vip2cuci or its licensed third-party suppliers and are protected under applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform and its content solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not permit you to: reproduce, copy, distribute, modify, publicly display, sell, or create derivative works based on Platform content; reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any Platform software; or use any Platform content for commercial purposes without prior written consent from vip2cuci.

Any unauthorised use of the vip2cuci trademark, logo, or branding materials — whether for commercial promotion, affiliate activity, or any other purpose — without explicit written authorisation is strictly prohibited and may constitute trademark infringement.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, vip2cuci, its directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of profits, loss of revenue, loss of data, or any indirect, special, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, even if vip2cuci has been advised of the possibility of such damages;
• Interruptions to Platform availability due to scheduled or unscheduled maintenance, server outages, or circumstances beyond vip2cuci's reasonable control;
• Delays in payment processing caused by third-party payment service providers, banking institutions, or telecommunications infrastructure;
• Losses arising from your failure to maintain the security of your Account credentials or your failure to log out from a shared device;
• Any reliance you place on information, odds, statistics, or content provided through the Platform that subsequently proves inaccurate or incomplete.

Nothing in this Agreement excludes or limits vip2cuci's liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

vip2cuci is committed to promoting responsible gambling and protecting the welfare of its Players. We provide a comprehensive suite of responsible gambling tools accessible from within every Player Account, including deposit limits, loss limits, session time reminders, and self-exclusion options with durations ranging from 30 days to permanent exclusion.

If you believe your gambling behaviour may be harmful to yourself or others, we strongly encourage you to use these tools immediately. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours of submission and, once confirmed, are irreversible for the duration of the exclusion period.

Players who have self-excluded must not attempt to create new Accounts or circumvent exclusion measures. Any Account found to have been opened by a self-excluded Player will be immediately closed and funds will be held pending a compliance review.

vip2cuci strictly enforces the 21+ age requirement. We employ third-party age verification services and conduct periodic manual reviews to ensure no underage individuals access Platform Services.

vip2cuci reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Player Account, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to:

• Breach of any provision of this Agreement;
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe when requested;
• Suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other criminal conduct;
• Receipt of a chargeback or payment dispute from a Player's bank or payment provider;
• Technical necessity, regulatory compliance requirement, or receipt of a lawful order from a competent authority;
• Account inactivity exceeding twenty-four (24) consecutive months without any login or transaction activity.

In the event of Account closure due to a breach of these Terms & Conditions, vip2cuci reserves the right to forfeit the entire Account Balance, including both real-money funds and bonus funds. Where closure is due to inactivity or voluntary request from the Player, any remaining real-money Balance will be returned to the Player via the most recently used payment method, subject to completion of KYC verification.

Players may request voluntary Account closure at any time by contacting vip2cuci customer support via live chat. Voluntary closure requests will be processed within 5 business days.

vip2cuci reserves the right to modify, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Amendments will be posted on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date. Where amendments are material — meaning they substantially alter the rights or obligations of Players — vip2cuci will provide not less than seven (7) days' advance notice via a notification displayed upon login to affected Accounts.

Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions. If you do not accept an amendment, you must cease use of the Platform and submit a request to close your Account before the amendment's effective date. Withdrawal of your Account Balance will be processed in accordance with the terms in effect at the time of the closure request.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and shall be construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which vip2cuci holds its international gaming licence. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with this Agreement — including any question regarding its existence, validity, or termination — shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in that territory.

Before initiating formal legal proceedings, Players agree to first attempt resolution through vip2cuci's internal dispute resolution process. To initiate a dispute, Players must submit a written complaint to [email protected] with the subject line "Formal Dispute — [Account Username]". vip2cuci will endeavour to acknowledge receipt of formal disputes within 3 business days and provide a substantive response within 14 business days.

Players in Malaysia are advised that the resolution of disputes relating to online gambling is not within the jurisdiction of Malaysian domestic courts, as online gambling does not operate under a Malaysian regulatory framework. Players should direct complaints regarding licensed gaming operators to the relevant licensing authority in the operator's licenced jurisdiction.
